1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brandgro ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Frantic Solution.
By accessing or using Brandgro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Brandgro
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Account & Access

  • Each account is associated with a workspace
  • Access levels (Owner, Manager, Member) determine permissions within the platform
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Brandgro only for lawful purposes.
You must not:

  • Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to misuse, exploit, or disrupt the platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems or models
  • Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security mechanisms

5. AI-Generated Content

Brandgro provides AI-generated outputs based on your inputs.

  • Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content
  • We do not guarantee originality or uniqueness of outputs
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations

6. Credits & Usage

  • The platform may operate on a credit-based usage system for supported AI features.
  • Different tools consume different credit amounts
  • Credits are allocated at the workspace level and may be shared among workspace members based on workspace settings.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify credit costs
  • Introduce usage limits
  • Adjust system behavior for internal or testing environments

Internal or restricted workspaces may have different usage rules.

7. Payments & Billing (When Applicable)

  • Paid plans and subscriptions may be offered via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
  • Pricing and plans may change over time
  • Subscription renewals and recurring billing are subject to the terms of the selected plan and the payment provider
  • All payments are handled securely by third-party providers
  • We are not responsible for payment processing errors or failures occurring outside our system.

8. File Storage & Content

  • Files generated or uploaded may be stored in cloud storage systems
  • Generated media assets, uploaded files, and exported content may be automatically removed based on the retention period included with your subscription plan.
  • Temporary preview or download URLs may expire earlier for security purposes
  • You are responsible for downloading and maintaining copies of important generated content
  • We do not guarantee permanent storage or long-term retention of generated assets

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your usage poses risk to the platform or other users

Termination or account deletion may not result in the immediate removal of all associated data. Certain records may be retained for billing, security, legal, fraud prevention, or operational purposes where permitted or required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Brandgro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from use of AI-generated content

11. Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Features, tools, and models may change or be discontinued at any time

12. Third-Party Services

Brandgro integrates with third-party AI providers, cloud storage providers, payment providers, and other supporting services required to operate the platform.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their availability
  • Their performance
  • Their policies or actions

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chandigarh, India.
